ADVANTAGES of the METHOD

the method enables to investigate
magnetic properties of multilayer structures:

• high magnetic sensitivity (1014µB)
   comparable to SQUID

• the method can be applied to layers thinner
   than 1ML

• low substrate contribution to the MOKE signal

• spatial resolution

• perfect for wedge and stepped samples

• possibility of domains observation
